When buying online it can be hard to know what’s the perfect size for you, so in order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have made sure to add a sizing guide below all items on the website.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery time will depend on the place of destination and the time at which the order is placed.

Malaysia shipping during business 2day to 6days for whole Malaysia.
International shipping: 12-14 business days.

All purchases after 6pm will be managed the next working day.

We work very hard in order for our garments to be the highest quality and without any defects. But even for us it’s hard to have everything under control. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email babesocietyworldwide@gmail.com or whatapps 0135628282 so we can urgently review the matter and arrange a replacement as soon as possible!

Our logistic operator will contact you if there is a failed initial delivery, to make sure you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer you can contact the post services that are handling your order by calling or through their website to arrange a new delivery.

There are two main reasons why you might have not received your order:

Incorrect address: We recommend to check if the address provided is correct.
Failed deliveries: Courier Express will try up to 3 times to deliver the package.

Remember that you can follow the stages of your order using the tracking number that you receive via Email when your purchase has been sent out.

If there is a product you like and it is sold out, use the “notify when available” button on the product page to be notified as soon as your size is back in stock. Also, make sure to stay up to date with our social media and/or sign up to our email list to be notified.

Babesociety offers a 10% discount to all people who sign up to the email list and order for the first time. We don’t have any other type of discount except for the people that are in our close friend list.
